Bucksum began in 2006, from a simple garden polytunnel. The now famous Bucksum sexy salad leaves have been grown in Long Crendon Bucks ever since. Bucksum produce is proudly served by several celebrity chefs as well as by local mums. A selection of seasonal produce is grown in Long Crendon on the Bucksum farm by David. David also works with other local growers to enhance the range of local produce available. In 2010 the Bucksum Farm Shop opened to the public.
We love to cook, seasonally, with good fresh local ingredients and of course we love to share recipes, help yourself to recipe cards in the Farm Shop, watch The Bucksum Field Kitchen or follow us @Bucksumsalads or via our Bucksum Facebook page.
Come and meet us, we have lots of tempting vegetable goodies and plenty of cookery tips! We sell vegetables seasonally so we always have new and exciting veg coming into season for you to try.
**Shop shut Saturday 27th September - We will be at Thame Food Festival all day.
We apologise for the inconvenience but hope to see you there !**
